Important Information
Health & Social Security
Selected students must register with the French Social Security system. Supplemental health insurance is recommended but not mandatory.
Visa
ITS students must apply for a long-stay visa before arriving in France.
Required documents include:
- Valid passport
- Acceptance letter
- Local address in France
Check the visa process on the Campus France website under “Prepare Your Stay” → “Obtaining a Visa.” Upon arrival, students may need to register with OFII (French Immigration and Integration Office).

The costs are approximate and may vary based on each student’s lifestyle. Accommodation
EPITECH partners with several off-campus residences, including Kley Gentilly. More details will be provided in the International Student Guide sent with your admission letter.

- ITS Diploma & S1 students from batch 2023
- ITS S2 students from all batches

- Original university transcript (English, GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0)
- Copy of passport (valid for at least 1 year)
- Motivation Letter
- Valid English proficiency certificate equal to CEFR B2
